Meet Our Team

Meet Ed Rossi, the founder and President of Rossi Chevrolet GMC! Ed plays an active role in our dealership on many fronts, most notably ordering all of our new vehicles and keeping our establishment at the very top for customer service. As a whole, we pride ourselves on being the "anti-dealership", providing the most painless (and maybe even enjoyable!) buying experience you will ever endure. Ed's wife, Patti Sue, is our Operations Manager, eagerly following up with our customers as well as getting our dealership involved in the community. Together, they have four children, including our Service Manager Michael. Outside of running our dealership, they enjoy traveling, supporting the borough of Washington and its locals, and spending time with their two grandchildren. Ed purchased the Chevy Olds franchise in Belvidere, NJ in 1986 and the Chevy Olds franchise in Washington, NJ in 1992 and consolidated all the GM franchises to one location in Washington in 1999. In 2006 Rossi Chevrolet GMC moved to its new location, 360 Route 31 South, where it operates today. Ed and Patti Sue Rossi have been married since 1977 and have 4 children and three grandchildren. Patti Sue and son Michael work in the dealership with Ed.

Patti Sue Rossi earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Villanova University, where she met Ed Rossi. After 30 years working at home to raise their children, she has spent her time working in the store to make sure our customers have a great experience every time they visit. Patti Sue enjoys spending time with her family, including her four children and three grandchildren, as well as supporting many local charities. In fact, Patti Sue is the driving force behind our annual Festival of Trees event, benefitting Abilities of Northwest Jersey and Warren County Habitat for Humanity!

Meet our Team Leader, Marty joined the Rossi organization back in 2011, bringing lots of energy and becoming a recognizable face to all of our customers. He has been involved in the auto industry for over thirty years, working in every imaginable department from being a detailer, to a technician, to sales, and now is a partner in both our locations. Marty grew in Stewartsville and currently lives just across the river in Easton. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, cherishing moments with his granddaughter, Meadow and relaxing at their lake house on his boat, going on long motorcycle rides, and playing a little golf. Matt joined the Rossi team in 2017, bringing many years of experience in the automotive industry, working in service, sales, and finance. After growing up in West Windsor, NJ, Matt attended Penn State University. He says the sky is Blue and White for a reason! Matt has been married for over twenty years and is the proud father of three girls, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 horse. He enjoys crossfit, running and fly-fishing. Matt can often be found on the sideline of whatever sport the girls are playing. Stop in and get to know Matt!

Meet Mike! Mike joined the Rossi team in October of 2023, bringing many years of experience with him. After growing up in Jersey City Mike attended Rutgers graduating with his bachelors; tired of the city life he moved out to Warren county to enjoy the country air. When not working Mike can be found taking his daughter to dance and spending time at the beach. Get to know Mike today!

Meet Ron! Ron brings decades of experience to Rossi, whether it's assisting on the sales floor or giving an accurate appraisal when looking at potential trade-ins. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, watching football, and spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. Get to know Ron today!

Erik is one of our finance managers, joining the Rossi team in 2011! He is responsible for finalizing the numbers and ensuring the customer has the coverage they need down the road. Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, his four boys (including twins), their dog, and anything outdoors. Get to know Erik today!

Amanda joined the Rossi team in May 2014 and she brings a bright smile to everyone she meets. Amanda attended North Hunterdon High School and graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelors degree in Liberal Studies. Originally starting as our receptionist, she soon learned the ropes of F&I and has been apart of our Finance team ever since! When she is not working, Amanda enjoys the beach, kayaking, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with her husband, kids, and dogs!

Meet Cris! Cris joined the Rossi team bringing over two decades of experience. As our new Finance Manager he takes care of all the paperwork for you when you’re ready to buy your new car! When not working he enjoys being involved with his kids sports and extracurricular activities. Get to know Cris today!

Pam started here at Rossi in the summer of 2018 and has transitioned into management as our Inventory Manager! Residing locally, she very much enjoys her short commute. Pam is extremely well-versed in everything automotive, bringing over fifteen years of experience in ordering and coordinating new vehicle deliveries to various dealerships. Her warm, easy-going personality and love for cars unite while assisting customers and keeping our pre-loved inventory diverse. When Pam is off the clock, she enjoys spending time with her son, their dog Roscoe, going to the beach, and soaking up any warm weather she can get!

Steven joined Rossi Chevrolet GMC in 2016 at the age of 15! He started as a Technology Specialist, assisting our customers in setting up the features in their new vehicle. While he still oversees that department, his main role is focusing on our marketing & branding efforts and social media. Steven is a graduate of North Hunterdon High School and lives locally. When not assisting customers, Steven enjoys traveling to Vermont and down the shore, trying new restaurants with friends, and tackling projects at his vintage farmhouse. We are certain that Steven is going places and we are thrilled to have him as part of our team!

Mark has been involved in the car business for over twenty years, spending many of them here at Rossi as our veteran salesman. Mark is a graduate of Lafayette College and before joining our team, spent 23 years as an investment broker! Outside of work, Mark is a devoted father of 5 and a grandfather. His children and grandchildren are his whole world. Stop by his desk to see the latest crafts his kids have made!

Meet Dan! Dan has been with our team since 2020, previously working as a supervisor at a hotel and bartending at local restaurants. He is “certified in being fun”, bringing lots of energy to our team. When not working, Dan enjoys spending time with wife Ashley, their Lab Penny, gaming, and catching the latest Marvel movie. Meet Nick! Nick joined our sales team in January of 2024, bringing brand and industry experience since 2021. Prior to joining, Nick worked in landscaping and construction. He grew up just outside of Jersey in Bethlehem, PA, where he currently resides. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Savannah, their dog (named Bunny!) and their two rabbits. Going out with friends, sports, watching movies, and exploring the outdoors are just a few of his favorite things to do! Get to know Nick on our showroom floor today.

Meet Will! Will joined our team in Summer 2024 transitioning from the restaurant business, bringing years of customer service experience our way. Will absolutely loves his GMC Canyon, which made it an easy choice to join our brand! Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new bars and restaurants, snowboarding in the winter, and exploring the outdoors. Get to know Will today!

Meet Sophie! Sophie is new to our auto industry and brings a fresh perspective to our team. She joined in early 2025 after spending years in the hospitality industry, though still spends time bartending on the side. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys staying active in the gym, time outdoors, and of course, girls night out. Get to know Sophie today!

Meet Kristin! Kristin started with us in July of 2022 as a receptionist, new to the automotive industry. Prior to joining, she worked in many different fields, from psychiatric care to photography. Kristin is more than familiar with our customer base, growing up in Warren County and currently residing just over the Delaware. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, kayaking, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and trying new restaurants with her husband. Get to know Kristin today!

Meet Heather! Heather is a newcomer to the car business starting with us September of 2023. Prior to joining us she worked in customer care for 10 years as well as private care and child care. When not at work Heather can be found with her husband and two kids; serving at their church, working out and enjoying quality family time. Get to know Heather today!

Meet Diana! Diana brings years of customer service experience our way, evident by her bubbly personality and endless energy. She is our vibrant face of the dealership and the first impression customers have in our showroom! Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time discovering our area, hanging out with friends and family, and traveling. Get to know Diana today!

Meet Angela! Angela is the first impression you have when walking into Rossi -- and we are thrilled to have her apart of our team! She is brand-new to the car business, beginning with Team Rossi in January 2026. Outside of work, Angela enjoys bowling, playing pool, going to the lake, and bonfires with friends. Meet Ken! Ken is our Customer Care Manager, giving all of our online and phone shoppers the same great experience as those in person. As Ken puts it, he's "a dinosaur", getting involved in the industry back in 1988 and never looking back! He originally grew up in Califon and later relocated to Warren County, making for an easy drive to work each day. Outside of the office, Ken enjoys everything outdoors, like kayaking, fishing, and hunting. He loves the culture so much that he even built his own website to follow his adventures, and was even published in several outdoor magazines. Get to know Ken in the Customer Care Center today!

Meet Edna! Edna is one of our Product Specialists eager to help you select the perfect vehicle for your needs. Prior to joining Rossi, Edna worked in customer service and management assisting businesses across New Jersey. Growing up in Hackettstown, she knows our area like the back of her hand and looks forward to helping friends and neighbors from near and far. When not working, Edna enjoys spending time with her husband Steve, traveling, skiing, and trying new foods and wine. She is also an avid explorer of New England and a huge fan of Southern cooking! Meet Hector! Hector joined the Rossi team starting in April of 2024 as a Customer Care Specialist. Before starting with us he worked in I.T. as well as working in the Doordash Corporation. When not at work Hector can be found DJing or spending some time in the shop working on his trucks. Get to know Hector today!

Meet Dominic! Dominic is no stranger to our auto industry, spending time at a different dealership back in Lancaster, where is he from. He and his family relocated out here and absolutely love the community feel our town has to offer. Outside of work, Dom enjoys spending time with family and friends. Get to know him today!

Meet Jeff! Jeff is our newest service manager, bringing over thirty years of experience to our team. He grew up in Somerville and settled with his wife and three kids nearby, and has enjoyed getting to know all that Warren County offers. When not at work, Jeff enjoys NASCAR, sports collectibles, and rooting for the NY Giants. He also enjoys volunteering at his local Elks lodge. Get to know Jeff today!

After serving as our Service Manager for over 30 years Bob has transitioned over to our Warranty Administrator and has loved it ever since. He always does his best to make sure our customers are happy and their vehicles are running smoothly. In his downtime, Bob enjoys exploring downtown Hackettstown's newest restaurants with his wife, Kathy. He also loves spending time with their new puppy, Tessa and their grandkids.

Meet Hailey! Hailey started with us in February 2021, new to the auto industry but bringing customer service experience our way. Growing up locally, she is familiar with our customer base and enjoys her short commute! When not working, Hailey enjoys spending time with her sister, two dogs, and her parents, plus playing lacrosse and being at the beach. Get to know Hailey today!

Meet Amanda! Amanda joined the Rossi team in August of 2020 as a Service Advisor, before joining us Amanda worked in a hair salon. When not at work Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and rocking out at country concert. Get to know Amanda today!

Meet Ron! Ron joined the Rossi team in November of 2021 as a Service Porter. He has been in the car business for 25 years and before that he worked in insurance. When not at work Ron can be found out on the lake enjoying a relaxing day of fly fishing and volunteering at his church. Get to know Ron!

Sheila joined the Rossi team in the Spring of 2014. She has spent the last 30 years in customer service with the Atlantic and Pacific Co. She has a BA in English as well as Education and is heavily involved with the youth in the community. Sheila has three beautiful children who are all in college. She loves spending time with her family as well as relaxing. She is a Yankee and Giant fan, and loves NASCAR. Tony Stewart is her favorite driver. She also enjoys riding her motorcycle, long walks, and shopping. She is an avid reader and also loves music, old movies and history. Sheila is always ready for a challenge and works hard to make our guests happy!

Meet Jessica! Jessica is new to the automotive industry, joining our team in June 2022 as a Customer Care Specialist. Prior to joining, she worked in customer service, quality assurance, social media advertising, and teaching. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two dogs and nephews (and the rest of her family of course!), traveling to new places, the beach, and watching movies. She also gives back to the community in fundraising for Alzheimer's Awareness, and volunteering at nursing homes. Get to know Jessica next time you schedule your vehicle for service!

Meet Danielle! Danielle is our newest Customer Care Specialist, she joined us in November of 2023 bringing six years of experience with her. Prior to joining us Danielle worked in service at another dealership and in sales at a Coach store. When not at work she can be found spending time with her family and friends, baking and babysitting her nephew. Get to know Danielle today!

Meet John! John is a longtime Rossi veteran, spending most of his adult life working here as a tech. Shortly after, he became our Shop Foreman and remains our role model for the rest of our crew. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his fiancé Gabby, their dogs, and of course, his family. Get to know John today!

Meet Manny! Manny has been with our dealership for well over a decade, becoming very well acquainted with Chevy & GMC products and what's under the hood. Outside of work, Manny enjoys spending time with his wife Tania, their daughter, and family and friends. Get to know Manny today!

Craig has been with us for over a decade after being in the car business for 25 years. Craig takes great pride in his work, making sure every car he works on is done to perfection. An Allentown native, Craig loved the town so much he never left! When he isn't at work, Craig loves taking his daughter to the park and spending time with her.

Meet Joe! Joe has been apart of our Service Department for quite some time, often seen jogging laps at lunch to stay fit (and warm on the colder days!).Even though Joe still has a soft spot for European cars, he has since gotten behind the wheel of a brand new Equinox EV -- which he is absolutely loving. When not at work, Joe likes to exercise and spend time with family and friends.

Meet Jim! Jim began with us in early 2022 and brings over forty years of automotive experience to the team. He is ASE certified and has also worked in landscaping and painting. Jim grew up in Jefferson Township with his two siblings, one of which lives locally and the other in Illinois, giving him a great excuse to road trip. Outside of work, Jim enjoys his motorcycle, traveling, hiking, and woodworking.

Meet Joe! Joe started with us in Winter 2024 as one of our talented technicians. He is a through and through gearhead, often working on his car, truck, or bike in his free time. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his kids and visiting his dad in Ohio. Get to know Joe Rowe today!

Meet Zach! Zach is one of our newest Technicians, spending time in the morning at Votech and afternoons with us! In his spare time, he enjoys going to car shows, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. Get to know Zach today!

David has been with us since 2016, starting in our Service and Parts department and now loving his new position as Lot Manager. Before this, Dave did over the counter sales/customer service for about 30 years. He's definitely loving being out of a cubicle! In his free time, Dave loves to spend time with his wife of 30 years and his 2 sons. He also enjoys the outdoors, biking, and collecting football cards.

Craig comes to us with nearly 40 years of car business experience! He has previously worked in other GM Parts departments so he really knows his parts! Craig grew up in Easton, PA. He now lives with his wife of over three decades and two daughters. He is so proud of both his daughters. His youngest is studying Marine Science at Coastal Carolina University. When he isn't working, he enjoys watching high school and college football.

A Warren County native, Arnold Woolf has been with our team for more than 20 years, currently doing all of our parts deliveries. Arnie enjoys working around cars even when he's off the clock as well as spending time with his wife, Ellen, and their dog, guinea pig and two cats.

Sally Fisher, a Washington native, has been with the Rossi family for nearly 40 years, helping us keep things running smoothly. After hours, Sally enjoys spending time with her family, including her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids, traveling, and photography. Sally is very adventurous by nature and is always looking for a new challenge which is what makes her so good at her job.

Meet Melissa! Melissa joined Rossi in Fall 2021, bringing previous experience from another dealership. She is ecstatic to re-enter the workforce after raising her three kids (and four dogs!) and we could not be more thrilled to have her on our team. Growing up in Woodbridge, Melissa relocated locally and enjoys the peace and quiet Warren County affords. You can find Melissa cooking, the gym, shopping, decorating, and spending time at the beach when not at Rossi. She is also heavily involved in her kids' school, serving as Vice President on the PTA and the class parent. Melissa is also a kickball coach champion, winning our most recent Rossi kickball game. Meet Kristina! Kristina started with us in 2015, working previously as the head of a Montessori school. Before that, she held positions in journalism and marketing, both of which translate especially well here. Kristina grew up near Saratoga, NY, a place where her family still resides and she enjoys visiting often. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys reading, crocheting, traveling with her husband Jim and their son and daughter, and staying connected with the community through her church.

Meet Laura! Laura has been with us since fall of 2020. Growing up in Whitehouse Station, she moved a short drive away to Warren County, making for a very quick commute each morning. Community involvement has kept her busy over the years, active in her PTA for 12 years (serving as president for 4 of those!) plus assisting with VBS at her church. Before starting at Rossi, Laura was a nanny for nearly 11 years and owned her own house cleaning business. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her three children, four grandchildren, and her dog Mercy. She also loves dancing, listening to music, everything beach, and most recently, taking golf lessons.

Meet Sarah! She started with us in the summer of 2024 in our Administrative department. Prior to working with us Sarah has worked at various auto groups before. When not at Rossi Sarah spends her time with her three children, going to Yankee’s games as well as running a 5k every year. Get to know Sarah today!
